Stop by the shop this weekend to taste the Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Boone County Distilling. Founded in a flour mill in 1833, Boone County Distilling Company grew to be one of the largest distilleries in it's day, with a legacy of expert distillers and entrepreneurs which shape the distillery's pioneering culture. Today, they make bourbon, rum, gin, and cream liqueurs, but we are partial to their Small Batch Bourbon. Come give it a try!

Boone County (Boone County, Kentucky)

With a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, this perfectly balanced bourbon is a copper, chestnut and caramel color, with light aromas of aged oak, vanilla, almond, and sugar cookie. The flavor displays an elegant roundness; with appropriate notes of sweet oak, caramel, vanilla, and almond biscuit. It ends with a dash of aged rye and a pinch of cinnamon for a smooth, consistent, and satisfying finish.

$6 per 2oz pour
